This all purpose seasoning has all the qualities you are looking for to increase the flavor profile of your meats, vegetables and starches.

Apply Roy’s Rub

To heighten your flavors, you should season your meats at least eight to twenty four hours prior to cooking/smoking. Wrap tightly and place in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator at least one hour before cooking/smoking. Let you meat come to room temp and place in oven, grill or smoker and cook to your desired temperature.

Chef Roy’s Culinary Story

I've been a chef for over twenty years and have worked in hotels, private restaurants, and senior living. with that being said, work life balance was never at the core of what I had. With a growing family I needed to make a change. I have three boys and with my two oldest boys, I missed so much of their lives due to work. Trying to obtain a better work life balance I had to step away from the executive chef role.

For years I have been making rubs and seasonings for friends and family and have had great feedback. With the encouragement of my wife I decided to make Roy's Rub a reality. We believe in these products and their flavor profiles. We truly hope you enjoy them as much as we do. We thank you in advance for giving us a chance.
